| Hi my name is Meghan and I am subletting my apartment at the District. Its a 1 bedroom in a two bedroom apartment. It is $565.00 a month and that includes all utilities, washer/dryer, balcony, furnished, own bathrooms,deadbolt on each bedroom, walk in closets, desk, and lots of windows. Also at the club house there is a pool, gym, spa, and computer lounge where printing is free (that way you don't waste your own ink lol). If you are interested my email is mcarr14@mix.wvu.edu
Also the apartment is for sublet August to May or we can work something out and you would only have to pay half of May's rent.
